Unlike most legal documents, this one is written in plain English with a dash of ELYT spirit. By accessing or using any part of the Team ELYT platform, you agree to these Terms.

Team ELYT is a lifestyle membership and affiliate platform founded by Greg and Melanie Greenough. Our mission is to help people around the world activate adventure, income potential, and meaningful community — all at the same time. We operate the ELYT travel booking platform, the Financial Fitness Academy, and the Team ELYT affiliate compensation program.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Team ELYT website (teamelyt.info), our member platform, all related digital tools, training materials, events, and the affiliate program. They form a binding legal agreement between you and Team ELYT.
Your Team ELYT membership ($175 USD/month) gives you full access to:
You have 3 calendar days from your enrollment date to cancel and receive a full refund — no questions asked, no hard feelings. After 3 days, your membership fee is non-refundable for that billing period. You may cancel at any time going forward; there are no long-term contracts or lock-in penalties.

You must be at least 18 years of age to hold a Team ELYT membership. By joining, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
The Team ELYT affiliate program is entirely optional. You may enjoy all travel and lifestyle benefits of your membership without ever recruiting another soul. Affiliate access requires an additional $17.95 USD/month, which unlocks affiliate tools, training, scripts, content kits, and access to the 15-tier compensation structure.
Earnings through the affiliate program vary significantly and depend on individual effort, skill, network size, market conditions, and time invested. The compensation figures shown in our Income Snapshot represent maximum possible earnings at each rank and are not typical. Most participants will earn less; some will earn nothing. Team ELYT does not guarantee income of any kind.
Compensation is based on actual product and service sales — not on the act of recruitment alone. Team ELYT is committed to compliant network marketing practices and customer acquisition as the foundation of the business.

Team ELYT provides access to a curated travel platform with member pricing on hotels, resort weeks, cruises, and airport lounges. The following applies to all bookings:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your account with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

All content on the Team ELYT platform — including text, graphics, logos, videos, training materials, scripts, and course content — is the intellectual property of Team ELYT or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Team ELYT content without express written permission.
Social media content kits and business launch materials provided to affiliates are licensed for personal affiliate use only. They may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
Your privacy matters to us. By using the Team ELYT platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We collect information you provide when you create an account, make a booking, or participate in training — including your name, contact details, and payment information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team ELYT and its founders, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total membership fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the platform grows and evolves. When we do, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Team ELYT after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Team ELYT is registered. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first — most things can be resolved with a good-faith conversation. If formal proceedings become necessary, they shall be conducted in the applicable courts of our registered jurisdiction.
